Changes from 1.31 to 1.33

- Changed the welcome screen so it can display more add-ons without being off-screen.
- Considered Murphy's law before starting to install add-ons...

Changes from 1.3 to 1.31

- fixed a buffer overflow when too much text had to be displayed in the welcome message.

Changes from 1.2 to 1.3:

- Added the option -rmtruncated, it will remove directories that could have been created by 1.1, for example if it's installing "Decursive", it will remove any "Decursiv*" directory.

- It also tries to removes add-ons using their DOS 8.3 short names.

- Other internal changes for security and reliability.

Changes from 1.1 to 1.2:

- Fix a Microsoft problem with the SHFileOperation() function, names could be truncated to 8 characters in some conditions...
